Why We Are “Empower Tusc”

We are formerly known as the Tuscarawas County Anti-Drug Coalition.

However, over the years, our focus has grown to include raising awareness around mental and behavioral health issues impacting our community along with substance use education and prevention.

Through our education, awareness, and prevention efforts, we are empowering Tuscarawas County to prevent youth substance abuse, promote mental health wellness, and provide recovery support for individuals battling addiction.

Our Mission

Empowering the Tuscarawas County Community to prevent youth substance use and promote mental health wellness by implementing effective prevention, education and awareness strategies.

Our Vision

Empowered youth living healthy drug free lives

Our Focus
